Effective date:

Commercial refund policy

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven calendar days after that payment. Email support@askunfiltered.com from the email address associated with your account and include the invoice reference if available. Renewal payments are not covered by this seven-day offer, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. A refund does not automatically cancel future renewals; cancel your subscription separately in your account's billing portal if you want to stop renewal.

Cancellation is separate

You can cancel future subscription renewals in the billing portal under your account. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge. It normally leaves access available until the confirmed paid-through date.

Report a charge or request a refund

Contact the operator using the verified support details below. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and invoice reference if available. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or private chat content. If support is not yet configured, commercial payments remain unavailable.

What happens after a refund

Billing status updates after the payment processor confirms the refund. A full refund can end access associated with the refunded period; a partial refund does not by itself cancel future renewals. Cancel the subscription separately if you also want to stop renewal. Any approved refund is returned through the payment processor; arrival time depends on the processor and your financial institution.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Contact support about a duplicate charge, a billing mistake, or a right that applies in your location. See the Terms of Service for subscription details.
