Private AI chat starts with clear answers.
Before you share a thought with an AI, you should know where it goes. Here is the actual path at Plainspoken.
“Private” should not be a vague promise.
A chat assistant needs to process the words you send it. With this service, your conversation is stored in our database and relevant context is sent to Venice AI when live inference is enabled. We rely on that provider to generate the answer, so its processing and retention terms matter too.
We do not describe this as end-to-end encrypted, zero-retention, or anonymous. Those are specific claims that require specific technical and contractual guarantees.
What you can control
- Try chat without creating an account, within the anonymous allowance.
- Delete saved conversations from the sidebar.
- Request account deletion in account settings once active billing is canceled.
- Decline optional analytics while continuing to use the service.
What stays out of advertising analytics
Chat content is not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads. With your consent, marketing visits, approved event data, and verified purchases may be sent to configured Google integrations to measure acquisition. Internal account, usage, billing, and service milestone records also exist independently of marketing consent. This measurement uses event and attribution data, not the words in your conversation.
A sensible approach to sensitive information
Leave out passwords, API keys, payment information, confidential records, and unnecessary personal details. You can often replace names and identifying facts with placeholders while still getting a useful answer. Verify important output before acting on it.
Read the specifics
Our Privacy Policy explains storage, service providers, optional analytics, and deletion limits. It identifies the selected inference provider and shows the status of the operator’s contact details and retention policy. Production subscriptions stay unavailable while required launch checks are pending.
